Front desk staff very friendly and helpful! Got welcome bag with bottled water and snacks. Certainly not new hotel, but room was clean, beds comfortable. Shower could use updating. Breakfast was good. Basically good value for money.
Perfect place to crash overnight. Tesla charging on-site, although a bit tough to reach in the deep snow. Concierge said I had to pay, but I plugged in the charger and worked! Breakfast was decent, beds were good. Overall, would stay again just for the Tesla chargers.
One of my friends stayed at Days Inn, Sudbury during her trip to Winnipeg & had a great experience. She liked the place so much that she strongly recommended me to stay here for at least one night. On top of that, most of my friends in Sudbury have also suggested this hotel, which really increased my confidence in choosing it. Based on these recommendations, I’ve decided to stay at Days Inn, Sudbury, and I’m genuinely excited about my upcoming visit. Looking forward to experiencing the comfort, hospitality, and overall stay that so many people have spoken positively about. Highly recommended, and can’t wait to see it myself!
For me the service was excellent. The staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and decent. The breakfast was okay. Wish they had a bit more variety for the breakfast. Specially fresh fruits and dairy products. Overall it was not a bad stay at the hotel.
I have only used this hotel for the conference rooms but always organized with nice staff!! Recent updates modernized it a bit, which was the only thing that needed to be improved. Buffet had good options!
All the staff at the front desk and at the restaurant was so nice. Got a nice little welcoming bag at my arrival with water bottle, granola bar, cookies and popcorn. Such a nice touch. The room was big and very clean. I would have given a 5 star if the bathroom would have been just a bit bigger. Because of the curtain rail, I couldn't fully open the door. But overall, everything was great. And the restaurant was really tasty, a lot of home made food, even cookies in the morning. Amazing ! Thanks a lot for all the efforts.
Its an older hotel. But dont let that affect your decision. The staff were SUPER helpful. Very friendly. Room was clean and had a late night bite at the restaurant that was very good. Hotel is reasonably priced and location is good. About a 15 minute walk to downtown. Will be back!
We stayed just one night in the king suite #249. The room was clean. Even the bathroom was spotless. The staff were exceptional and friendly. They have a really nice complementary breakfast in their bar/restaurant. The bacon was cooked perfectly. Looks like they are still renovating but they hide that well. In the stair well there were item's pilled up, like old lamps and desks /night tables. But not blocking or in the way. You receive a welcome bag with 2 bottles of water a granola bar popcorn which I thought was a nice like touch. Deffinatly bring your own water or pop the machines there charge 3.50 a bottle, I thought maybe that was a bit expensive. Overall it was a nice experience, great friendly staff, we would stay there again for sure.
